Our History
Founded upon the philosophies of Sir Angus Tait, Mimomax spun out of the innovative world of Tait Radio Communications in 2007. In 2023, we were acquired by leading small cell private LTE company, Ubiik, at which point Ubiik Mimomax was born. Through joining forces to revolutionize wireless communications, the acquisition has brought a complementary expansion of our product range from the MimoLink™ range of radios through to pLTE.
Combining a deep understanding of RF engineering with a continuous drive towards greater innovation, our team delivers communications solutions which meet the evolving needs of customers across Utilities, Transport, Oil & Mining, Public Safety and Municipalities.
With an international outlook from our Christchurch, New Zealand global headquarters, our dynamic team works across our office and manufacturing facility in Christchurch and our US office in Phoenix, Arizona.
