Mimomax Client Portal Terms of Use

The following Terms of Use apply to the use of Mimomax’s online Client Portal (the Portal), including the use of the information stored on this portal. In using the Portal, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
Mimomax’s Client Portal is offered to clients conditional upon the acceptance of the terms of use below which may be periodically updated by Mimomax. By continuing to use the Client Portal you agree to these terms of use.  If you do not accept these Terms of Use, you must refrain from using the Portal.

Each time the Client Portal is used, an implicit affirmation is given for the acceptance of the following terms of use.

Description of Service
Mimomax’s Client Portal provides authorized clients with access to resources stored on the portal such as software updates and product documentation. As new documents are added to the Client Portal, the client will be notified via email. All users of the Portal agree to not access this Portal for any purpose which is unlawful.

Mimomax retains the right to suspend, modify or discontinue all or any portion of the Portal service at any time, without notice or liability.

Use of Materials
Any user of the Portal who is a Mimomax Distributor or Channel Partner agrees to only use the material and documentation housed in the Portal for end customers who have active and relevant support agreements in place with Mimomax. Distributors and Channel Partners hereby agree to not share software and product documentation with unauthorized end customers.

Copyright
Unless otherwise indicated, all information contained on the Client Portal is copyrighted by and proprietary to Mimomax and may not be copied, displayed, distributed, or otherwise used in whole or in part for any purpose without prior written consent from Mimomax. User Passwords and Site Security
Use of the Mimomax Client Portal requires a username and password. The user is responsible for a) maintaining the confidentiality of their password and b) any actions occurring on that user’s account. Should a breach of security occur, you agree to notify Mimomax immediately. The use of another user’s login is prohibited.

Mimomax will use its best efforts to secure the Client Portal from unauthorized access.

Risk Mitigation & Responsibility
The responsibility lies with users of the Client Portal to take their own precautions to ensure that accessing this Portal does not expose them to the risk of malware, viruses, or other forms of interference which may damage the user’s computer system.
Mimomax does not accept responsibility for any interference to a user’s own computer system which arises in association with a user’s use of this Portal.

Termination of User Accounts
Prior to the end of your employment with Mimomax’s client, you must notify Mimomax of the requirement for your Client Portal account to be terminated.  Mimomax will make every effort to terminate access immediately upon receipt of the notification.
